Half & Half Bakery was created from more than a love of dessert. It was inspired by the belief that sweets have a way of making memories even sweeter. A cake can bring people to the table. A flavor can take someone back to a specific room, a specific moment, or a specific season of life.

Founder of Half & Half Bakery, Angelique Davis
Angelique Davis is the founder and creative heart behind Half&Half Bakery. Known for custom cakes, signature cake jars, decadent brownies, and mobile bakery experiences, Angelique creates desserts that are thoughtful, personal, and full of heart.
Her work is rooted in community, creativity, and the belief that dessert can be more than something sweet. It can be part of the memory, the gathering, and the celebration itself.
Angelique’s work has been recognized through several local honors, including Best in Katy Best Bakery 2025, Best in Katy Best Bakery 2026, Best in Katy Best Dessert Shop 2026, and a feature in KNOW Houston Volume 1 2025.
